Our First 6 Star Building - Geyser Building, Auckland

eCubed are proud to be part of the first 6 Green Star - Office Design certified rated building - the Geyser building.

Pattersons Architects have created another building in their latest series of New Zealand Cloud buildings. Located in Parnell in Auckland’s city fringe the Samson Corporation 6200m² commercial community of five buildings uses twin courtyards and veils of glass to create a sense of community and business all in one. eCubed are involved as the Building Services Engineers.

Jane Henley, CEO of the New Zealand Green Building Council recently said that "The Geyser project highlights how far green building has come in New Zealand since Green Star launched in 2007. And Geyser’s 6 Star rating for Office Design sets an exciting new benchmark for the way buildings are designed and built."
