Our way of working at eCubed Building Workshop seeks to establish and build on long-term, durable and collaborative working relationships with the following operating principles:

• We are a a client-centred practice. Our work relates closely to the needs and aspirations of our clients. These are explored by listening, talking and then tailoring our advice and designs accordingly.
• We provide a thoughtful, challenging and personal approach to the design and management of projects.
• We view design as an active process of collaboration, rather than a passive giving of advice. We are interested in all aspects and outcomes of the design, not just those we are appointed for.
• Our service is uniquely based upon Director-level staff providing design input into projects from concept to completion.
