Wharewaka under construction

After being in various stages of planning for more than 10 years the waterfront Wharewaka building is under construction. eCubed Building Workshop is responsible for the building services design, including heating and ventilation services, electrical power and lighting services, vertical transportation, plumbing and drainage design. Thermal modelling was performed to support the architects in the glazing selection and the design of shading devices. See our project listing for more information.
