UPDATE: Business Continuity during Covid-19 Level 3

Re: COVID-19 Level 3 – eCubed Business Continuity Plan

Following the announcement of the immediate Level 3 lockdown by PM Jacinda Ardern, our staff are currently all working from home.

Our initial Covid-19 Response published within our Journal, covered health & safety precautions for working within our shared office prior to the Level 4 Lockdown in March.

We have a full and secure VPN to facilitate remote working. We’re using Google Hangouts as our primary communication tool, along with Microsoft Teams for larger meetings and file sharing, both internally and externally. We are also using Zoom externally on a number of projects where this is the preferred platform.

All systems are working reliably and securely, and the communication and coordination between us is excellent. We have added additional security measures to our server facilities, as well as the usual remote monitoring by our security company.

We also have continued support from our IT provider.

In conclusion, we are very much open for business as normal and have put all the sensible measures we can in place to make our business run smoothly and responsively to our clients, contractors and colleagues’ needs.
